Vendor Sign-Ups

Interested in being a vendor at our next plant market on November 16, 2024 from 12-4 PM? Please carefully review the details below, then submit the completed form and we will be in touch!

Vendor Sign-Up Form - November 16th 12 - 4 PM

Vendor Info

Spaces Available:

- 10 x 10 spaces ($35 to reserve the space - 22 available)
- 6ft table spaces ($25 to reserve the space)
- Spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Venue: The market will be held at 1103 S Rock Street Georgetown, Texas 78626 on an open grass lot. Shade varies across the property so if you are unable to provide a tent/canopy please apply ASAP so that we can reserve your space.

Parking will be street or public lot only. 


Vendor Requirements:
- Tent/Canopy: Vendors must bring their own canopy if needed.
- Tables and Chairs: Vendors must bring their own tables and chairs.
- Payment Equipment: Vendors must bring their own equipment to receive payments.
- Power: Power will not be available on site. If your setup requires power, please bring a generator. 

How to Apply:
Please submit the below information as soon as possible as spaces are limited.  Once you have submitted the form, we'll respond within 2 business days. Once approved, payment for your space will be due.

By clicking on this agreement you accept the following terms:

 

1) Mind's Eye Plants community plant market is not responsible for booth set up, injuries incurred during the event, or merchandise damage. 

2) Each vendor is responsible for their own TX resellers license and/or floral nursery license.

3) Each vendor will be respectful of the space, clean up after themselves, and encourage an inclusive environment to all. 

4) No weapon, drug paraphernalia, or any items that may be offensive or inappropriate for a family event will be sold. 

5) I understand that the vendor fee in non refundable if I can't make it but with 72 hrs notice to the organizer the fee can be transferred to the next market in the calendar.

6) If the organizers need to cancel the market due to weather/extreme circumstances, the vendors will have the option to hold a credit for a future event.

7) Booth payment is due immediately upon approval
